We keep you informed of your options at each step so that you do not end up paying for services or parts you did not want. You are welcome to watch the process and we will answer any questions or provide training personalized to your needs on the spot if you decide you want it. If your computer needs service that is not urgent, you can always bring it to our repair shop. We offer lower rates on work performed at our site and have a quick turn-around time.
